WALL PLAST is ready to use acrylic finishing wall plaster/putty for interior in paste form. 'WALL PLAST' eliminates the use of 'neeru' oil based putty {Iambi} P.O.P., solvent based putty or primer before application of paint.

WHERE TO USE 'WALL PLAST'
'WALL PLAST' can be applied on almost all interior surface (new or old), such as

• Precast and conventional building areas.
• New internal surface of precast concrete.
• Concrete bricks and blocks.
• Sand cement plaster.
• Ply wood AC sheet.
• Old painted surface.
  

HOW TO USE 'WALL PLAST'

• SURFACE PREPARATION: Removes all the loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush. Make sure that the surface is absolutely dry.
• APPLICATION: WALL PLAST is a ready for use. Do not dilute with any solvent or water. Using a painter's putty knife or mason's steel trowel apply the material on the interior walls/surfaces. The thickness should be about 1 mm. After the material has dried, apply a thin second coat (generally both coats do not exceed 2mm). Allow the material to dry. The drying time of each coat should be 4 hours but vary from surface to surface.
• FINISHING: Rub the surface with '0' number sand paper or a fine emery paper. Remove the dust using clean cloth. The WALLPLAST area is now ready for painting.
• PAINTING: The smooth surface finished with wall plaster does not require any putty or primer before paint application. Just apply any paint as per the manufacturer's standard specification.

WALL PLAST should be stored in cool & dry place.
